Meet the Team

Our dedicated Chamber staff, a team of passionate professionals, is committed to serving our members with excellence, expertise, and a genuine desire to see businesses succeed.

Ernie Kos

Chamber Executive Director

Ernie has served as the executive director of the Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce since September 1995. She is responsible for the coordination of the chamber’s program of work, tourism and special events, membership development, government affairs, and community development.

In addition to chamber work, Ernie is very active in the community, serving on numerous boards and committees not only locally, but also statewide. Ernie is married to Ron Kos and they have three children and eight grandchildren.

Kim Tipton

Events/Membership/Leadership Clovis Coordinator

Kim Tipton is the driving force behind our events, membership engagement, and leadership initiatives at Clovis. With a passion for building strong community connections, she expertly coordinates impactful events, fosters meaningful relationships with members, and supports leadership development programs. Her dedication ensures that every initiative runs smoothly, creating opportunities for collaboration and growth within our network.

Nick Mondragon

Administration/Special Projects/AV/Film Liaison

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative problem-solving, Nick Mondragon plays a vital role in administration and special projects. As an AV/Film Liaison, he ensures seamless coordination for audiovisual and film-related initiatives in the community, bringing expertise and efficiency to every project. His commitment to excellence in public relations helps drive innovation and organization across multiple departments.

Kimberly Parmenter

Office Assistant | Special Projects | High Plains Community Development

Kimberly Parmenter is the backbone of daily operations, providing essential support as an Office Assistant and Special Projects coordinator. Her dedication to efficiency and organization ensures smooth workflows, while her enthusiasm for tackling special projects makes her an invaluable asset to the team. With a passion for problem-solving and teamwork, Kimberly helps bring ideas to life.
