Chamber Ambassadors

Promoting Heartfelt Connections and Endless Horizons

The Chamber Ambassadors are a dedicated group of volunteers who serve as the welcoming face of the Clovis-Curry County Chamber of Commerce. As official representatives, Ambassadors help strengthen member engagement, support Chamber initiatives, and proudly promote our brand: Heartfelt Connections and Endless Horizons.

Purpose and Responsibilities

Ambassadors play a key role in representing the Chamber at a variety of member and community events, including:

  • Business After Hours
  • Grand Openings & Groundbreakings
  • Ribbon Cuttings & Dedications
  • Monthly Breakfasts & Seminars
  • Official external functions of the Chamber
  • Virtual versions of these events as needed

 

Throughout the year, Ambassadors may also support:

  • Membership Recruitment Drives
  • Legislative Forums & Breakfasts
  • Other Committees of the Chamber (Cat, Retail, Service)
  • The Chamber’s Annual Banquet
  • Special Chamber-sponsored events

 

They also serve as official Chamber greeters and may be invited to offer a warm welcome at City of Clovis and Curry County events fostering goodwill and collaboration.

Promoting Our Community and Brand

Ambassadors are more than volunteers-they are champions of Clovis and Curry County. They help share the story of a community full of heartfelt connections and endless horizons, encouraging others to live, work, invest and belong here. Their passion and service bring our brand to life and help build strong relationships that last.

Membership Eligibility

The Ambassadors meet once a month to discuss these upcoming events and ways to be involved, while also coming together to brainstorm the best ways to promote the Chamber to the outside community. The group is open to all Chamber members or employees of Chamber member businesses. Interested individuals must apply, meet established membership guidelines, and be approved by a majority vote of the current Ambassador group.
